2018 Mitsubishi Expander Redesign

Mitsubishi, the famous Japanese automaker, has finally released its new 2018 Mitsubishi Expander MPV in Indonesia. The new MPV will have its first public appearance at this year’s Jakarta Motor Show, on August 10, 2017. The Expander is essentially the much anticipated MPV crossover that was previewed by the Mitsubishi XM concept. This design study was presented at the Gaikindo International Auto Show Indonesia 2016 (GIAS 2016). The new model will be launched in Indonesia on August 10th. Exports to ASEAN markets could begin a few months after launch. The Expander will become a direct competitor to the likes of Honda Mobilio, Honda and Suzuki Ertiga BRV.

Taking a first look at the 2018 Xpander, our impression is that it has made the appearance of an SUV despite being a seven-seat new MPV.Following Dynamic Design Philosophy Shield of Mitsubishi, the new Expander Receives a sporty and modern look thanks to a host of exterior fits incorporated into. To be specific, the brand design language is seen clearly on the front fascia. Frankly speaking, the fascia before the Expander is very similar to the Mitsubishi eX Concept, which was presented at the Geneva Motor Show last year. Despite this flashy exterior, some say that the Mitsubishi Expander 2018 shape is not the interior design of the MPV, opposed to its Garish exterior, seems to be more sedated, but the luxurious.The Expander 2018 infotainment system includes a screen Integrated 2DIN touch with satellite navigation system, Bluetooth connection and audio head connected to buttons on the steering wheel so that drivers can adjust the audio output more easily. The MPV is currently available with only one engine option is a 1.5-liter, four-cylinder, naturally aspirated gasoline engine that benefits from the manufacturer’s MIVEC Variable Valve Timing System. Transmission options include a five-speed manual and a four-speed automatic transmission.
