2018 Subaru Levorg – Subaru has fine-tuned the mid-size Levorg sports car lineup, introducing a new entry-level engine and adding a new flagship at the top of the range.
With slight exterior modifications, Subaru also introduces many interior changes with new technology and suspension changes that offer both driving and handling improvements. From the outside, the most notable difference is the revised LED headlamp units, as well as the “high quality” LED fog lamps. There are also slight modifications to the front bumper and grille.
2018 Subaru Levorg is the first Subaru model with a 40/20/40 folding rear seat. The new arrangement is particularly suitable for loading long articles. Even with two passengers seated in the back, the center seat can be folded, which allows the skis to be positioned from the cargo area. With three passengers and a sizeable load, the rear passenger can sit on either side of the car. As an extra safety measure, the Levorg is also the first Subaru to use shock absorbers inside the seats, limiting the speed at which the seats fold down, to prevent users from trapping their fingers.
Performance figures for the smaller engine are not cited, although Subaru says it uses 7.4L / 100km on the 1.4L / 100km combined cycle less than the larger 2.0-liter mill helped by a system. stop / start inactive. The transmission is transmitted to all four wheels via a continuously variable transmission (CVT).
Finally, the new 2.0 STI Sport (above) is Levorg’s flagship, starting at $ 51,990 before road costs.
