The 2020 New Ford Bronco will share a platform with the next-generation Ranger van, so both will likely have similar engine and transmission options. We also heard that the Bronco and Ranger will debut at the Detroit Auto Show next year in January.
Ford is investing $ 700 million in the preparation of a new model to start production in 2018. This vehicle is the medium-sized Ford Ranger that many have been waiting for. Just after the Ranger, the all-new 2020 New Ford Bronco is scheduled to begin production.
If you expect a lot of sun, it would have a removable roof in three parts. If you’re hoping for a serious crawling action, think again that there are apparently some problems with the Ranger’s frame. He will still be able to wade through about 20 inches of water, however.
Although we do not have a two-door version of the 2020 New Ford Bronco, we now know that it will have a 19.7-inch skate depth, and under the hood will be a 325-horsepower 2.7-liter twin-turbo V6. From now on, a Raptor version is “not in the works yet”, so do not expect to look like something like this. A hybrid version could even be in preparation, which is not surprising considering that Ford plans to release more electric and hybrid cars in the future.
When it comes to design, expect a style similar to the Brazilian Troller. “They just ordered another design study, because they think it sounds too much like a Wrangler,” the source said. “If you’re familiar with the Troller, out of Brazil, that’s the basic concept, but it’ll look like a four-door version of that.” Fortunately, this contradicts previous reports that it will look like European Everest.
